The aims of Networking in sciences and education
Most scientists and university professors know that networking is important for success, whether in their research or teaching. Good networking creates spaces where scientists and professors are in position to exchange ideas, methodological or scientific approaches and to build new projects.
Building a network takes time. That is why collaboration becomes very important instrument to strengthen research, but also to stimulate knowledge sharing inside the network.
In order to increase the cooperation among the E+ KA107 partner universities and to establish a network in a field of sciences and technology as well as in a field of Human sciences, the University of Poitiers as program’s coordinator is going to organize a Staff Training Week dedicated on Networks and networking collaboration in the HEI.
