The University of Poitiers, represented by its President, is responsible for processing.
Legal basis for processing
Legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR): the processing undertaken by the university must enable the pre-selection of candidates who have responded to the call for applications.
Purposes of processing

The information collected on this form will be used to process applications from staff and students of partner universities and University of Poitiers who wish to receive Erasmus+ funding as part of their mobility;

Production of anonymous statistics.
Recipients of the data

The international relations offices at the University of Poitiers;

Authorised I-médias and staff may receive data;

Authorised I-media staff may receive connection data.
Data transfert
Some data may be transferred to local Erasmus+ coordinators via a secure deposit server (Renater FileSender).
Storage Time

Raw data is stored for up to 8 years on the servers of the University of Poitiers;

Data contained in the LimeSurvey form is deleted after extraction;

Connection data is kept for 1 year.
