Call for Participants - Green Erasmus 2.0 Living Lab 2026

Bridging the gap between local sustainability and international student mobility - join us to make it happen!

Would you like to be part of an innovative Living Lab where we work on co-creating sustainable and community-engaged student mobility? Then join us for 2 full days of high impact, interactive workshops and collaborative activities to tackle local sustainability challenges.

Dates & Location: 3rd-4th November 2026, Poitiers, France

Why should you apply?

  • Horizontal collaboration: Universities, local organisations, NGOs and students are all equal team members, where you co-create solutions together.
  • Real Challenges: Work on real-world challenges within international sustainable mobility. This is your chance to create real impact.
  • International Network: Collaborate with 30 passionate individuals from different countries and backgrounds.

Participation in the Living Lab is free of charge. Specific conditions, eligible amounts, and reimbursement procedures will be communicated to selected participants.

  • Who should apply: Students, academic staff, international relations and mobility officers, student support services, sustainability officers, local authorities, NGOs, community organisations. Profiles interested in challeng-based learning.
